Sault College web experience redesign was a great opportunity to draw on numerous insights. From focus testing using video recording software to deep dives into back end analytics to create a meaningful experience that fixed many pain points for past users.

Not every screen is full of beautiful photos - understanding that the user needs to consume content allowed to take content heavy site and organize using design and functionality.
I used insights from our students via video recorded user testing in a user-centred design process. This changed everything.
We used over 50 high school prospective students to give us insights that would bring to light the deficiencies of our current website. Using video & screen recording testing solution, we were able to capture every frown and confused smirk. This influenced all our design decisions.
