Recently, for our local community college, I created a user experience solution for a career search kiosk located in high school guidance counsellors offices looking to help students find their true passions and pathways. From designing the interface to creating lead solutions to connect to our recruiters has been an amazing initiative.

This year, I also designed a sophisticated, user-friendly interface for FairmontStore.com, enhancing both visual appeal and functionality. My approach ensured a seamless experience by integrating the brands principles and intuitive navigation.

I employed focus groups and video recordings to capture real-time feedback and user interactions. This approach allowed me to gain invaluable insights into user behaviours and preferences. This design approach drove greater results in time spent on page and conversion.

From web initiatives to mobile applications, I have had opportunities over the last 20 years of my career creating experiences that enhanced brands. The Fairmont app was a initiative that spanned multiple stakeholders and multiple properties all over the world.

I have worked on user interfaces that are helping people. The Gentro App connects patients with loved ones to monitor them while vulnerable. Meet Gentro.

Fairmont has always been a special part of my career. Opportunities to create some memorable digital experiences has graced my portfolio. I am very thankful.

I have had the privilege in creating visual experiences with Jeff at Village Media from conceptual and the overall user interface of the platform.

I am an instructor of design and I love creating and cultivating brands. Over the years, I've been deeply involved in brand development, CRM integrations, and strategic thinking, always with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
